Easter bunny – Oliver and Irma Kreutzfeldt and the Team of the International TaubenMarkt Kassel

From 12^th to 14^th of January the Organizing Team of the ITM Kassel was present with an Info-Stand at the EXPOGolebie in Sosnowiec near Katowice/Poland – the most important exhibition for the polish pigeon fanciers. This event is on the one hand an international pigeon fair and on the other hand the national racing pigeon exhibition. As a very nice act of courtesy the organizers of the EXPOGolebie handed over to Irma Kreutzfeldt (the organizer of the ITM Kassel)  a wonderful engraved glass cup with thanks for the excellent cooperation during the last 10 years. Such an international cooperation between the organizers of racing pigeon exhibitions can only be of advantage for both,  pigeon fanciers and exhibitors – this was proved by the increasing number of visitors and sales results in Kassel and Sosnowiec.

Last weekend in Dortmund at the occasion of the DBA Proffsport and TaubenMarkt/Die Sporttaube came to an agreement upon a stipendium for the spring fair in Houten. Exhibitors have the opportunity to place adverts in the wellknown international monthly magazine ‘TaubenMarkt/Die Sporttaube’. This magazine will be read by thousands of subcribers worldwide and more than that thousands of copies will be given for free to the visitors of the Voorjaarsbeurs Houten on 3rd and 4th of March, 2018.

Traditionalmente a programação ofereceu um leilão extraordinário aos visitantes que vinham do mundo inteiro. Os criadores superiores europeios vinham cada um com dois a quatro pombos criados a Kassel. Esses foram filhotes ou irmãos de participantes das olimpíadas ou dos pombos As nacionais e campeões nacionais. Participantes com nomes renomados foram D., F., N. Schlechtriem, Roland e Denis Faber, Hagedorn-Becker, Schlief-Stiens, Andreas Drapa, E. e C. Börger, Kersting e filhos, Dirk de Beer, Dieter Wöhr, Hartmut Will, SG Feldotto, Tino Bergemann, família Herbots, Luc van Mechelen, Koen van Roy, Flanders Collection, Leo Heremans e Paul Huls.

O leiloeiro foi Gerald Mack (Amazing Wings). Ele é um dos mais reconhecidos leiloeiros na Columbofilia europeia.

Como nos últimos anos, a organisação da leilão foi feito por Peter Kocks. Peter é Columbófilo por mas de 50 anos e entre outros trabalhos, editor do website www.brieftauben-markt.de. Antes, o leilão foi anunciado e publicitado pela revista “Mercado de Pombos / O pombo-correio” e pelos websites www.brieftauben-markt.de, www.taubenmarkt-kassel.de e www.herbots.com junto com a apresentação dos participantes Columbófilos, os pombos-correios e os campeões. Além disso, impressões do interior dos pombais e dos pombos de cada participante foram exibidas na internet e durante a leilão.

Os contatos nacionais e internacionais de Peter Kocks prometeram a melhor qualidade de criação que fica bem claro através dos participantes de renome internacional. E foi assim mesmo. 2016 foram mais de 3.000 interessados na sala de leilão, neste ano tivemos um crescimento estimado de 1000 interessados. O pombo mais caro foi negociado por 3.600 €. Era um pombo fêmea jovem do ”Arthur” do criadouro SG Feldotto. Ela mudou pela região de Magdeburgo. O lucro médio do leilão de todos os pombos chegou a 783 €. As propostas pelos pombos almães foram mais elevadas do que as propostas pelos pombos belga. Isso é um indicador sobre a elevada apreciação entre os amigos do esporte pelos pombos-correios alemães.
