We welcome you as an exhibitor at the International PigeonMarket in Kassel.
As a service provider we are in contact with exhibitors to ensure an efficient and unbureaucratic coordination, but unfortunately we cannot cope without the ”fine print” due to the variety of technical and organizational details. Therefore, we ask you to read the following information and guidelines carefully. And please inform the companies entrusted with the assembly and dismantling of your stand, as well as possible subcontractors and your employees, about this.
Private pigeon sale
We welcome you as a private seller of carrier-pigeons at the International PigeonMarket in Kassel.
As a service provider we are in contact with exhibitors to ensure an efficient and unbureaucratic coordination, but unfortunately we cannot cope without the ”fine print” because of the variety of technical and organizational details. Therefore, we ask you to read the following information and guidelines carefully.
Stand Fees & Deadline for Registration
Prices (or fees) for exhibitors
a row stand (open on one side) EUR 85 per m²
corner stand (open on two sides) EUR 90 per m²
head stand (open on three sides) EUR 95 per m²
block stand (open on four sides) EUR 100 per m²
Exhibition area for cabin express EUR 48 per m²
All prices excluding Value Added Tax.
Exhibiting hours:
Saturday 28th November 2026 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday 29th November 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Build-up and dismantling times:
Build-up time:
Thursday, 26th November 2026 – 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.
Friday, 27th November 2026 – 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
Dismantling time:
Sunday, 29th November 2026: from 2 p.m.
until finally Monday, 30th November 2026 – 3:30 p.m.
Dismantling before 2 p.m. is not permitted.
The pigeons
Pigeons may be exhibited and sold at the stand. A copy of the vaccination certificate must be presented on demand. The original must be submitted to the organizer until the 13.11.2026.

Fees & Deadline for registration
On the 37th International PigeonMarket we again offer a limited number of lease cages for the private sale of racing pigeons. To ensure organisationally and visually proper procedures, we will lease out completely furnished sales blocks this year as well.
A single sales block consists of 12 cages.
The rent for a block of 12 is EUR 300
including VAT for two days.
According to the regulations of the “Staatliches Amt für Tierschutz
und Veterinärwesen” every pigeon exhibitor must make sure that
his/her pigeon have been vaccinated against paramyxovirus for an
entire year (min. 3 weeks and max. 11 months prior to the exhibition).
The original vaccination certificate must be submitted to the organizer
till the 13.11.2026.
In the interest of animal protection, each bidder is obliged to occupy
the single cage with maximum one pigeon. In case of non-compliance
the exhibition management reserves the right to close the
stand immediately.
Transport baskets for “refilling” may be placed under the sales cages.
Due to the limited number of lease cages, registrations can only
be made in the order of letters received.
